Depending on the service you choose we can visit your home once, twice or twice+ emergency leaks. Firstly, we need to survey your roof and see what condition it is in, in some cases you will need some minor repair works or extensive repair works before we can then look at maintaining your roof for you.We have a taylor-made experience where a different department of the company is responsible for every phase of your project from initial enquiry through to the final sign off of your works. We have great systems and processes and regular communication and training to these systems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Having said that we are human, and when we make a mistake we are accountable and take responsibility to find a solution quickly.
Once we have carried out a survey and have your roof to a place we feel it can have routine maintenance carried out then we will work with you to identify which package would suit you best. If you are in a heavy woodland area we would probably recommend we come out twice a year to stay on top of things however if you are in an area where moss isn’t as big a problem then once should be fine.
