Depending on the service you choose we can visit your home once, twice or twice+ emergency leaks. Firstly, we need to survey your roof and see what condition it is in, in some cases you will need some minor repair works or extensive repair works before we can then look at maintaining your roof for yo0808 281 7663u.

Once we have carried out a survey and have your roof to a place we feel it can have routine maintenance carried out then we will work with you to identify which package would suit you best. If you are in a heavy woodland area we would probably recommend we come out twice a year to stay on top of things however if you are in an area where moss isn’t as big a problem then once should be fine.

* Tile/Slate Replacement – subject to roof survey and limited to 12 tiles/slates per year.
