Impressed with initial contact. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out an assessment of my flat garage/dining room roof and submitted a quote within 48hours. After reviewing other quotes, I decided to go with Taylor roofs. Not the cheapest quote but am delighted with the work and all dealings with Jamie and his team. Stephen, Blair and Jake carried out the replacement of my flat roof. Reliable, professional, quality workmanship, tidy and hard working. The attention to detail was much appreciated as was the sweeping of debris from my roof, cleaning of guttering and touch painting my wall where needed. Received updates from Stephen at end of each day with a follow up from Brian in office to check I was happy with progress. Helped put me as the customer front and centre which is a strength of this company. Nikki in the office kept me up to date with start times and invoicing. A smooth operation from start to finish. Communication very strong within the team/company. Refreshing to have work carried out which delivers on quality, timescales and customer satisfaction! I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Jamie and team.

I was referred to Taylor Roofs from a friend via social media, so on this basis i decided to contact them and WOW the service received from the quotation stage right through to completion has been exceptional the experience and comfort they have given me with the roof, i could not have asked for more. Jamie took his time spending a good 30-45 min out on the roof taking several pictures as evidence on work to be carried out. Taylor Roofs has kept me up to date with every bit of work and delay (due to weather). service is fantastic from the roofers to the admin, very helpful and friendly not to mention price is unbeatable from what i have seen and experienced. I would definitely recommend these roofing contractors to anyone.

Jamie and his team have just completed my new roof, all softfit and downpipes done as well and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the scaffolding team to all the guys that worked on the roof they have been tremendous. Four days to do the roof and the scaffolding was up for a week, no messing about, turned up on time (and I live over an hour away from them) and grafted hard. Jamie informed me of everything that was happening and from the first meeting to the guys turning up on Monday to start it all went to plan. Very competitive cost and a fantastic job done, couldn't ask for more.

We had a wet wall prob in our bedroom and I messaged Jamie last Fri. His suggestion was to place roof vents and replace the guttering at the front, we were delighted with the quote and asked Jamie to go ahead, the boys, Jordan & Brian turned up yest, 15th Dec and were bk this morning and finished the job. Over the moon with the quick service and they tidied the garden before leaving today, looks great and glad to have gotten to the bottom of the problem, will be recommending these guys to anyone who needs roofing services, we're delighted!

They were able to prioritise our emergency job at short notice and did an excellent job (redesigning of roof tiles and guttering fascia which was overlapping our neighbours roofs, as well as replacement hips and ridges). Jamie and his team carried out a full new roof and repair of our chimney for us in Alexandria. They did a fantastic job. Jamie was in contact with us on the run up to getting our roof done to let us know when scaffolding would be put up etc, and then kept us updated on the progress of the roof on a regular basis, in total it took 4 days. Just had my roof replaced by J Taylor roofing great team off guys and excellent quality of work. I asked Jamie to draft in team off guys to do a loft conversion also joiner, plumber, electrician he has too charge of the whole job and all the guys have came and do exactly what you want and give great advice. We first met Jamie a few years ago when we needed some roof ridge tiles replaced and so when we had a bigger problem we called Taylor Roofs first. From then on in the service and professionalism of this company was exceptional and every one we encountered had the same attitude......"customer satisfaction". We now have a full new roof including a fairly big conservatory and all in a week from start to finish. The on site team were superb, diligent , good humoured , cheerful and did not stop and cleaned up every night. Now maybe you could shop around and get a less expensive solution but for this level of premium service we would be more than happy to recommend Taylor Roofs.

I lost a number of tiles during some high wind and got the guys out to quote, it was competitive and the job was great. They also identified areas of my roof that needed further improvement and showed me pictures of it. Would use again.

The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by his team. They were very hard working, reliable and got on with the job. I have used the company again to do down pipes and guttering. Again a great price for the job and very quick. There was a problem with the drain and the worker spent a lot of time and effort trying to fix what turned out to be nothing to do with the down pipe. Jamie came round to quote for some repairs to my roof. He was kind enough to repair a couple of minor problems whilst on the roof. Great service. Have used Taylor Roofs a couple of times now. Firstly to replace my guttering which I am really pleased with and recently to check what look like a tile having come lose. Jamie came out in the wind and rain to have a look, braving the weather went up the ladder and put it back securely in it's place. No job is too small. Would highly recommend.

Just had our roof of our extension done by Taylor Roofs and I can honestly say from start to finish they were brilliant.
