We moved into an older property earlier this year and contacted Taylor Roofs as we knew we needed a Velux window replaced, we figured whilst getting the quote we would ask for an inspection to be done to get an idea of any other issues. Staff presented an easy to follow quote highlighting the areas of concern alongside photos of the issues needing rectified. We were kept informed each step of the way from first contact to completion of the works. Crew were prompt on the days that work was being undertaken and allowed us to carry on with our day-to-day with minimal interruption. Overall a great experience, particularly this close to the holidays!

When I accepted the quote, I was contacted the next day to agree a date for the work to be carried out. Soffits, fascias, gutters and downpipes were all replaced on my detached property, including the garage. This is the second time that I have used Taylor Roofs, and I would have no hesitation in using them again. I would definitely recommend them.

On the whole a very clean and professional job. The roofing team were always polite and helpful and obviously good at their job. When asked to remove scaffolding and skip promptly at the end of the work they obliged. Would I recommend them - Yes.

Very satisfied with all aspects of the job. Initial surveyor was very professional and knowledgeable and we were kept informed by the friendly office staff as to when the work would commence. Reece was with us for all four days and made sure that we were kept up to date on progress. He and all the other roofers were courteous throughout. From the initial phone call to a completed roof, every single member of Taylor Roofing has acted professionally, relaying accurate information but most importantly, acted authentically. Excellent service from start to finish. The office made coordinating a surveyor visit extremely easy and, to my surprise, even brought me forward in the work queue so the job was completed much sooner than I expected. The two roofers who carried out the work were first-class: thorough on site, took the time to fully understand the specifics of the job, and worked exceptionally hard to complete all of the guttering in a single day rather than needing to return. We contacted Taylor Roofs in August to request a survey of our leaking slate roof which Stewart carried out early in September. He provided us with a detailed explanation of the materials and extensive work required to fix our roof including re-slating the central roof pitches, fitting new zinc ridge and hips to the re-slated roof area and installation of all new lead valleys, watergates and box gutters. Our roof work was originally scheduled early in December, but had to be rescheduled to early January, so we were very glad Taylor Roofs had carried out short term emergency repairs a few days after our survey. During the first two weeks of January, Craig and Lewis worked extremely hard, and efficiently completed our roof work on time and to a very high standard. They are a great team providing a very friendly professional service always working with great care and attention to detail. They also cleaned up the site on completion of their work each day. From Stewart's survey, to the outstanding teamwork of Craig and Lewis, we would highly recommend Taylor Roofs for leadwork and slate roofing.

The staff were very friendly and efficient from initial quote stage to completing the work. The work was carried out quickly and they were especially helpful when we need a quicker works start date to help with elderly fathers home safety needs. Taylor Roofs repaired the damage to my roof made by Storm Eowyn and cleaned the gutters. Everyone you speak to at Taylor Roofs is very helpful, efficient and kind. They had come out quickly to make the roof watertight, then effected the repairs. The men who came to repair the roof were speedy, efficient and friendly. They took away removed slates and any rubbish etc.

Excellent. They fixed my leaking roof (something two other companies had come round and failed to do). They replaced 17 tiles where the water gate had broken. Everything felt very professional with them - an actual booking system helped (again, other roofers would say they would come round but never did), plus the surveyor took photos of the problem, explained it to me and sent through a detailed quote. Would definitely recommend.

A roof inspection was done professionally by Stewart and Andy that they didn't only focus on the roof itself but also checked the loft's condition. They pointed out that the ridge tiles were not properly attached and moss clearing was required. The work was scheduled a few days later which was earlier than expected - I expected it to start a week later, anyway the earlier the merrier. Both Robbie and Callum were fantastic. The boys were well-mannered and sincere. Robbie walked me through the job brief and time required and what to be expected upon completion. I didn't see a single spot of moss in my garden as they wrapped them up nicely. They respected my property and mostly their profession very much. The job was completed in 1.5 days.
