Roof Service Plans: Taylor Made Roof Care

Our Taylor Made Service Plans are designed to give you peace of mind that your roof is being looked after. The roof care includes repairs to slates or tiles and clearing of your guttering to ensure there is no potential for leaks or blockages in your roof or guttering.

Depending on the service you choose we can visit your home once, twice or twice+ emergency leaks per year.

Firstly, we need to survey your roof and see what condition it is in, in some cases you will need some minor repair works or extensive repair works before we can then look at maintaining your roof for you.

Once we have carried out a survey and have your roof to a place we feel it can have routine maintenance carried out then we will work with you to identify which package would suit you best. If you are in a heavy woodland area we would probably recommend we come out twice a year to stay on top of things however if you are in an area where moss isn’t as big a problem then once should be fine.

* Tile/Slate Replacement – subject to roof survey and limited to 12 tiles/slates per year.
* Minimum 12 month contract applies.

Our initial full roof survey is carried out prior to the commencement of roofing service contracts. A no obligation quotation will be provided to you should any work be found needing attention.
