It is the industry norm for people in the trades business to come out and provide a quote or survey, free of charge.  It is also widely known that tradespeople often don’t turn up; don’t get back with an estimate, or have you waiting around all day on them arriving whenever they are available.

This is where Taylor Roofs are different.

We have a dedicated Surveying and Estimating department with permanent full-time staff, who are experienced and qualified roofers to trade.

We will book you in for a guaranteed 1 hour arrival time slot on an agreed date and time; and we will return a detailed written quotation back to you promptly, usually within 48 hours or less.  Our Surveying and Estimating team will then continue to follow this up with you to make sure you fully understand what has been quoted for, and answer any questions that you may have.  We pride ourselves on our communication with our customers.

We believe this service has huge value and we offer it for only a small fee of £30 which partly covers the surveyors time and fuel to carry out the survey at your property.  Further to that, if you go ahead with any quotation provided, we will then discount that £30 survey fee from your final bill.

This allows us to focus solely on customers who believe in good customer service and want a guaranteed appointment, where the Surveyor can actually be tracked straight to your door.

It helps us if you will be there for the appointment, to ensure you receive the best service possible and provides the opportunity to explain to our team exactly what you are looking for or what you need.
