Guttering is important as it collects and drains rainwater away from your property. It ensures that water is diverted away from your property so that it does not pool in any specific area, which could result in water damage. There are different options available in guttering to be aesthetically pleasing, depending on your preferred choice. The Flat Roof Process

From start to finished roof

Call Taylor Roofs to discuss the options available. The process of replacing your flat roof will begin with scaffolding going up a few days before the project starts (if required), in some instances we will only require edge protection on our flat roof jobs, but we will advise you at survey stage. We always use trusted, insured and qualified scaffolding companies and hold all their relevant insurances and qualifications on file.

Schedule your Roof SurveyOur roofers will set up their hoisting equipment and will then strip off the old flat roof coverings back to the timber deck. At this point they will inspect your boards and a decision will be made if they need replaced or not. If the boards are deemed to not be salvageable, we will remove them back to the trusses and dispose of old tiles and other associated materials to the skip.
